Neuro Physiotherapy Solutions accept instruction from Case Managers and Solicitors for clients in the South Yorkshire for Adults (strictly 18+) with Neurological Injury/Complex Rehabilitation requirements sustained via Personal injury or Medical Negligence. We provide Neurological Rehabilitation for clients with ongoing litigation cases or following settlement. Upon instruction, Terms and Conditions/Cost Budgets and up-to-date CV can be provided.
I have worked alongside numerous Case Managers over a number of years, providing structured and accessible neuro physiotherapy services to a complex and diverse group of clients and a multitude of conditions.
I have vast experience in liaising with a wider MDTs both in person and virtually in recent years to ensure a seamless and consistent approach to rehabilitation and complex care management across all disciplines.
I pride myself in a personalised approach, utilising a wide arrange of communications styles to meet the requirements of my clients needs.
I can support families and their care team to implement therapy programmes and fully support them along the way.
Following assessment of a client, I will provide an Initial Assessment Report within two weeks. This will highlight recommendations based on an in-depth analysis of likely rehabilitation prognosis. This will detail the client’s active or passive goals and will outline recommended treatment intervention including rehabilitation technology/equipment, frequency/intensity of sessions.
