Following your assessment, I will provide you with a bespoke Home Exercise Programme based on the goals you wish to achieve and the information I gain from your assessment.
These will often be emailed to you following your initial assessment (as they are bespoke to you!), so you have a clear guide of what you can do to help yourself improve and reach your goals.
These will often have pictures attached to guide you through and a clearly written description including the appropriate number of repetitions and sets.
I see our relationship as a partnership and aspire to empower you with the skills and knowledge not only to be able to manage your condition, but improve further and reach your goals.
Your programme will be updated at regular intervals to meet your needs as you progress.
